Phenomenal job tonight. Super happy with everything.

My son had a nice haircut today but when parents pay for a full service of a hot towel and shoulder massage, I would appreciate if they child was spoken to kindly instead of like they are not a grown man client in the chair. I don’t appreciate my son being spoken to as if he is not the client. When a kid is doing his best to listen to instruction to ‘keep his head in a certain position’ don’t tell the kid that the towel won’t stay on because he lowered his chin and it’s his fault that the soap and towel run down. Instead, be kind and fix the towel as you would a grown man in the same chair.

Marissa has cut my hair several times now and every time I get compliments on on how nice it looks. She takes her time and we have good conversation. Highly recommended!
